Refund Policy

At present, we do not offer refunds. Once a session is booked with a consultant, their time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Scheduling Policy

• If a session cannot proceed as scheduled, you will be informed promptly and a mutually convenient time will be arranged.
• Only consultants have the discretion to modify the meeting time.
• Clients who book a session are required to attend at the scheduled time.
