Refund Policy: At present, we do not have a refund policy. Once a session is booked with a counselor, their time is reserved exclusively for you.

Scheduling Policy:

• If a session cannot proceed as scheduled, you will be informed promptly, and a mutually convenient time will be arranged.
• Only counselors have the discretion to modify the meeting time.
• Students who book a session are required to attend the meeting at the scheduled time.
